Is there any difference in accounting standards on the West Coast and East Coast?

After graduating here on the west coast, which could move to the East Coast just because of family problems whatsoever. However, there is a difference between the accounting standards here in the west and east? What wage is wise? Just wondering because I want to know what to expect when it finally arrives.

No differences in accounting. Wages are different depending on where you live. You go from Los Angeles to New York, there will be that much difference, but if you say Arizona to New York, yes, huge difference wages. I moved from the west coast to the midwest and make more money. However, I did not come from Los Angeles, I came to Santa Barbara.
