Do I have to replace my heater?

I have a hair, only used 11-12 times, but more than a year old (second home). Initially, drier not be heated. I replaced two switches to zero (limit I think) and then heated electric dryer. But now he is so hot can not touch your hair and fly the circuit breaker in 10 minutes. If I can bypass thermal fuse (not sure, I know) to be executed, but the heat that burns. The element ohm heater, but still could be bad? What am I missing here? There is only so many places and I have replaced thermal fuse 3 times and the two buttons other once. Whirlpool (according to Best Buy) will not do anything because it is over 12 months old, I can fix or am I better with a new dryer. I check vents, that are clear, and connect with hard metal, no flex duct

Sounds like the thermostat switch cycling is bad or is bad … must be either a high limit thermostats 200 degrees or more generally a switching cycle 140-160 degrees and a thermal fuse … if the thermal fuse blows this indicates either one of these limits is bad or high temperature … the switch should be riding a bike where the air dryer there so you can feel the temperature of the dryer …. the upper limit is usually mounted at the bottom of the element and the circuit breaker is mounted on a bicycle near the border … If the dryer is getting hot the element is not bad … I would check the switch on the bike as it is clear that non-professional or high temperature … Whirlpool sells a kit that has all three items in a bag to replace their loved Existing … the limit switch controls the temperature cycling of the drum … High quality limit protects the item if the bike goes wrong switch and thermal fuse protects the dryer is maintained to hot …
