GoSmile B1 Are blisters to use one or two times a day?

I have been using the blister b1 once daily for 4 days, and I have not seen any result. The address to the product are very Vaughan, did not help me at all. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

Four days with any bleach, even professional bleach will not make any change. read and follow the instructions. you may not see a change for a month.
