What is the difference between an electric release and Trigger Frame?

if I can buy an electronic part and then I can simply plug I can shoot 3 shot burst and Full Auto, or do I have to buy a different trigger? I am fairly new to the paintball a little but I want to buy an electric shutter so please help me in detail
