Diablo II D2 loader problems help please!?

Well, my expansion disc is scratched beyond belief, so I downloaded a CD image of the same line. I have a reliable expansion b.net key. I installed regular Diablo II with the key to be trusted, that the expansion, then asked several players in full expansion. I did all that. I upgraded to version 1.12 through the file from blizzard.com Then I put in the boot of D2 in the folder 1.12 Diablo II. When i click that says "Unable to load Diablo 2 MPQ files. Please insert your Diablo II disc. I can use daemon tools to mount the file CD image. D2 charger works when the CD image is mounted, but when you are prompted to insert the disk Devil II. Any solution? Could I try to copy mpqs directly from the cd Diablo II and overwrite them on my hard drive? Also when it says insert disk means Diablo II Diablo II? O LD?
