Windows XP shell problems.?

A few days ago I installed a complete replacement shell for my installation of Windows XP. However, replacement shell was a bit odd, for example, access to the properties of a folder by right clicking on a cause send bug report to get in place. However, before installing the replacement of shell took some precautionary measures. First I did a system restore and, second checkpoint backup that all my critical data. I uninstalled the replacement shell but bizarre behavior still persists. He returns to restore the system since control, but in vain. I am thinking of my shell repair Windows XP using the "repair existing installation" in the Windows XP CD function. Will it damage program like uTorrent settings and Outlook?

is best to do what you thought last repair facility … will not remove or delete any of its programs. XP only file are treated when this is done ….
