Do not come in sizes other than how many pods you want to go. 323 for up to 9 pods, the 424 has a capacity for 11. Yes, they fit your waist. if you're like the other time, I think, a 48 "waste, then you need the belt extender. The whole belt is elastic and stretches to fit to that size.
