What is the best tank psi for use in a proto pmr?

I am buying a proto Matrix Rail and I'm new to all the nitrogen supply system air and wondering if I care if I have a tank of 3000 or 4500 psi

Either would work. The best deal would be to get a 68/4500 or 72/3000 I use a low pressure 72/3000 on my angel, and works very well.
