How can I rotate a video clip from my digital camera on my pc?

I have a video clip on my pc from my digital camera and cannot seem turn as I filmed landscape instead of portrait .. I really want, we turn to that i dont have to tilt your head to see him lol! Nayon know how I can do this please?
