which is better LCD or hopper Ricochet Apache eVLution Viewloader 3?

I have a devil gun.it paintball mongoose is up 20 basis points but I do not have a hopper that can go as fast. So I want to know what is best in speed and cost. I found the 3 $ 52.95 eVLution http://www.playmorepaintball.com/servlet/the-1379/Viewloader-Evolution-3-Paintball/Detail?sfs=327c09eb. I also found the Apache rebound LCD http://www.doropaintball.com/AB1038101Equick/shopexd.asp?id=10350&bc=no $ 44.99 on this site. Apache LCD but the rebound is said that 20 basis points, but I looked and review pbreview.com say anything more than 12 basis points. the eVLution 3 is 23 bps. I want to know is what has really bounced apache ranging from 20 basis points, because all it takes is 20 basis points for my Paintball Gun. if you bounce apache 20 basis points, so what would you say is better quality? Bounce Apache also fixed to 10 paintballs in Evolution 3.
