Ok, I have a Spyder MR1. What do you recommend accessories, including vests and harnesses? Thanks! Oh and please recommend a brand for everyone, thanks!

4 +1 harness is a good idea, the brand doesn't really matter so do what's cheap and consistent. Am I like to dye!) They have built in knee pads, butt pads, and allow air to flow properly. However, this is the last thing you need to collect, which cost about $ 80-110, but well worth it.
