High transparency in the back of my mouth?

One thing is grain in the bottom of my mouth at the top right of the neck opening. I literally just realized that like 20 minutes ago, so it must have appeared quickly. It is also clear (transparent). What should I do to make to go faster? It is near the throat so it's almost like a reflex causing nausea and is very annoying. Thanks
