CM Tad Smith Coliseum is where all Ole Miss Rebels play their home games. Affectionately known as "Tad Pad", the rebels tend to have no name when you host games in their own territory, a tendency for many is difficult opponents to beat. The Tad Pad held its first party in 1966 and has since undergone numerous reforms and improvements. New paint for the exterior, new interior seats, Star Pro video card, new status sound system of last generation, and "new markers.
The Tad Pad was originally called the Coliseum and renamed Rebelde CM in 1972 after Smith, who is one of the Rebel all-time legends. Smith was not only a freshman, but coached football and served as Director Athletics.
