my friend wants to sell a 2007 Shocker Nxt with Russian control card or sumtin like dat. He wants me to pay 400 guna only is that a good deal?

id barter a bit more, make you pull into a hopper and a tank for that, or a little more, unless that you already have it, otherwise id say 300, wave the cash in his face, if they bite dosent, id say 350 max, it could get more for it by putting for sale, but then has to deal with all the headaches of shipping, and bidders noncompliant, so good luck
