How to fill HPA / Nitro tanks for breathing apparatus?

I have access to the Scott air packs, which are a carbon Fiber Tank 4500 psi. The tank has what I believe is a 1 / 2 in or 3 / 4 male thread on it. Does anyone know what accessories you would have to adapt to fill a HPA / tank of nitro for paintball?
