Is it necessary to file a statement of an LLC that I have never used last year?

I presented my taxes for '07, but I forgot to file an LLC that I have. I never used it, so there is no profit or loss. Do I have to do? What if already did my taxes? Can I go to him even though I did my taxes for others?

If LLC that was never in business and had zero business, then you will not have to file a federal return.
