How many extra calories a day should I eat if I gain 10 pounds in one month?

I weigh 140 and want to get to 150. How many calories I eat extra day to earn that 10 pounds in one month? Is it possible to gain 10 pounds in one month? It is also true, if I ate 23 Twinkies in a week to 150 calories i would gain a pound a week.

In order to obtain 1 pounds you have to consume 3,500 calories more than your body burns. You can pig out on fast food or do it the healthy way to take power of protein and eat healthier foods.
