Population growth is really the problem .. or is it more like consumer greed?

When we speak of a population problem, people Imagine an overcrowded world. There are six billion people on the planet. If everyone was within five feet of each other, each person will have five square meters. That would be over 150 million square feet. Texas, for example, is more than 14 billion square feet. Everyone in the world would fit comfortably in a small space the size of New Jersey and touched and all the rest of the land on Earth to be empty. This is a population problem?

Is'nt Population really the problem. The problem is the "allocation of resources." We could all live in the state of Alaska and have room to spare. The problems arising in the future to meet the growing demand for food and water. While there is much of the surface of the earth, some of which is the mountains, some of which is the desert, some of which is too cold most of the year … not good for growing food. There are still plenty of land area for crops to meet demand world. In water, only 3% of Earth's water is fresh (unsalted). Electricity always be generated. It is said that 100 km square of solar panels in theory, could generate enough electricity for the United States. There is also the dam and wind energy, and experimentation as tidal water, generators, etc. Energy for all the world can be possible with the right leadership. Unfortunately, due to greed, politics, and stupidity, many people continue to starve and suffer. The change has been overdue for a long time.
