Is there any way to alleviate the tan lines / skin naturally?

I'm in my high school swim team and we had some practice hard for the next holds. I am excited about them and from what I've been practicing a great time at the pool under the hot sun. As a result, my skin has darkened considerably, but what disturbs me most is the cap and goggles lines starting to get me and that is oh so noticeable. I use plenty of sunscreen for all I know is that your not using protection, but I increasingly burned. I have a beautiful olive complexion through / from the Mexican mix-Hungarian but lately are much darker and it looks like my other friends stay the same. any tips, advice or ideas would be great! please. and please do not tell me to stop smoking, I love the sport and practice is the key. : D

Advize but I honestly can not spend lots of time in the sun outside of swim practice lol heres your April fools JK naked so good luck in your next meeting
