Tanning for the first time …. I have some questions …?

Atnning I've never been before in a tanning salon. Thatthey'll Im alittle concerned that I am stupid when I go there because I have no idea what to do or what to expect. Any information or advice inthe great but I have some specific questions … are the beds ussually tanning in a closed room so nobody can see you? Will it make me feel cloustraphobic stay in bed? Do I have to wear eye glasses? uummm, how long and how many times I have to go so (I have a cxomplexion olive, tan fairly easily, and just want to get a healthy glow, not a glance fabe baking)? Do I need to buy any special lotions or anything before tanning? What should I do when I get there? Just hop in bed and then pay and leave?? What do I wear?? lol .. I need help as you can see!

Just tell the girl at the reception which is the first time. She will think you're dumb. After filling out the paperwork and pay, will show the room. You can close and lock the door. If you get easily claustraphobic only I ask you to set the timer for a short session. Remember: if it becomes too much, can push the bed and go and nobody will know.
