My husband's hands are dry and the skin cracks open. If you cover them with latex gloves?

My husband uses lotion on them, and covers them for hours with latex gloves. I told him that the powder of the gloves are helping to drought. What should you do? They look and feel horrible poor.

You can buy cotton gloves to cover your hand when you apply a lotion to aid absorption. Many people get a reaction to the gloves latex and therefore should be avoided, go to boots or a good chemist and able to help.
