My team just started to build a Paintball Tank, I need to know to make a PB ho Street Legal Tank.?

The tank was made of a PB Camry.It 1992 Toyota still has only 4 tires and can go about 55 mph.But Theres is a part of Grand Canyon at the top and smaller guns emerging from the sides and back.Is there is a way to do this street legal?
