How I can configure my computer to redirect a URL?

For example – I want to be able to write and automatically http://www.google.com sent to http://www.yahoo.com. I want this to be enabled on all my browsers on my computer with Windows XP (Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer).

To my knowledge, there is no way to do it, at least in the use of standard browsers like Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. You may be able to find a browser open source web that has features like that, but I do not know of any in particular.
