Fog Gel

I have a transparent polycarbonate roof patio Vue. Sap cirlces left blank. Goof Off adhered to it. What now?

PlastX I tried in vain. Goo Gone did not remove the sap or white film from the placing on the Goof Off. The white circles of sap seem hard water spots, but they are not. I have been using a buffer as suggested. Still there. I'm going nuts! The ones I installed the pines said to do this and have no answers on how to carry this forward. I even tried some type of cleaning gel Orange store. Clear Vue This product is supposedly the same material used in aircraft cockpits. I suppose you are not near sap. So I have two problems. The sap (white circles) that I'm trying to remove, and acceded to Goof Off in the area where I tried to remove the white circles. The Goof Off adhered area created by a look tarnished. I can not cut it, even with a putty knife.

You may want to try some plastic polish Shop car – the kind used for motorcycle windshields, etc. First, apply in an area not visible.
