
Use materials of swimming (fins, paddles and kick board) really makes me more dependent on them?
Are these aids really makes me stronger, or will be harder for me to swim without them? That training aid does what? Swim 1.25 pm each day, about 30 laps, freestyle and 10 laps with a kick board outdoor pool 50 meters.
