How does a eukaryotic cell compatible with its own complete DNA in the nucleus?

A. DNA is wrapped in protein, and then coils forming a more compact fiber. B. It eliminates the cell's DNA is not necessary. C. It synthesizes a second core when the first fills up. D. DNA is established in flat layers that are placed on itself, becoming similar to corrugated cardboard. E. Not sure.

Option A is the most tyical of what happens. First, is wrapped around small proteins called histones to form nucleosomes, and then help other proteins to nucleosomes stack. then the cells are super-folded proteins that make up what is just called chromatin. During mitosis, chromosomes must be especially compact (or condensed) in order to move the chromosomes in the nuclei of the daughter cells formed. These chromosomes are visible, especially with staining in a high power microscope (400-1000 X). The chromosomes of the nuclei are less compacted and is not visible unless you use any special contrast dye and an electron microscope for perhaps 10,000 or more power.
