Is it really can feed a dog this small a large raw turkey neck?

I was searching online "BARF" (bones and the raw food diet) for small dogs. I have a Maltese. And I found videos of small dogs eat large raw bones. As this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfLtzLm2RC0 Is this really right?

Both my Maltese are fed on the basis of a model prey diet. They love the raw turkey neck and not very good with them. The only aspect the video that I find strange is that the owner is holding the turkey neck. You must give your Maltese's neck to hold their own. Giving such renminbi that prevent them from swallowing whole. They are forced to sit down and really chew the meat and work the muscles of the neck. Always supervise!
