Tested and proven by time relaxation techniques like deep breathing and imagery relaxation, relieve feelings of anger. There are books and courses that can teach you relaxation techniques, and once learned, can be called upon in any situation.

If you are in an unstable relationship where you and your spouse are in a bad temper, both must learn. Some easy to learn the steps that typically must be practiced:

1. Since the diaphragm, practice breathing deeply. Often the practice until it becomes second nature.

2. Use a calming word or phrase as his mantra, as the word, relax, or phrase, to be easy. While breathing deeply, over and over again.

3. Imagine or visualize a relaxing experience. This experience can come from memory or from their actual experience or through the process of imagining a fiction.

4. Use slow, yoga-like exercises that are not severe, to relax muscles and calm down. Practice these techniques so frequently that nature become in seconds you when you are in a tense situation.

Restructuring and Management Thought

The cornerstone of this process means changing your patterns of thought. Angry people often reflect their inner thoughts to curse, swear, or tell others about how disrespectful and hurtful.

When you get angry, your thinking becomes very exaggerated and overly dramatic and hostile. The idea centers on obtaining technical management perspective consciously replace these extreme thoughts with those who are more realistic.

For example, instead of being too pessimistic and catastrophic thinking to himself, as my notes are very bad and NEVER get into a decent university, aware replaced by a more moderate thinking is understandable and reasonable that I'm upset, but certainly not to say that I will not enter into any college at all. After all, you can re-take the course in summer school and there are other schools that will take me.

Remember: Be very careful about using words that never or always thinking about yourself or others. Thoughts like this never works damn car, or never on time, are only false, but also serve to fuel their anger, to justify yourself.

Also inadvertently give the impression that the problem is unsolvable and alienate people who might in other circumstances, be willing to help. Consciously remember that anger does not repair anything, and can actually make you feel worse than they did previously.

Remember that anger, even if justified, can quickly become extreme and irrational. That makes it very important to make use of hard logic of a routine part of their mental health.

Whenever you are agitated or annoyed; consciously remember that often have trouble really nothing to do with you personally, but rather with the goings of the world itself or with another person. Remember that you are just experiencing some inevitable bumps of life.

These replacements of thought will help you get a more balanced perspective when you feel your anger get the best of you. Remember: Angry people, in his subconscious mind, things tend to demand, as, justice, respect, respect, admiration, etc.

Of course we all want these things and hurt and disappointed when they get them. However, pathologically angry people unconsciously DEMAND them, and when their demands are not met, disappointment becomes toxic forms of anger.

As part of its management program of thought, conscience demanding their feelings and then convert them into simple desires. In other words, practice saying and respect I would have more to say, I demand or I have something.

Then, when you can not get it you want, you will experience more appropriate and normal reactions, such as frustration, disappointment or anger, but anger or rage nontoxic. Many people toxic use anger as a way to avoid feeling pain, but usually does not go away by using that strategy.

Healthy solving skills problems

I'm sure at times, his anger and frustration are caused by very real, unavoidable and untreatable or issues which may be a healthy, natural response to them. Unfortunately, there is also a pragmatic cultural belief in America that every problem has a solution.

Unfortunately, this notion may get worse when we discover that our irritability is not always true. In dealing with this type of situation, which could help not to focus so hard on finding of the solution, but rather to accept what can not change.

Focus on the uptake, but do not get frustrated if it does not happen immediately. Addressing the problem with a balanced view could be considered philosophical in nature.

When making a serious attempt to acceptance, will not be frustrated and prone to fall in the kind of impatience and disastrous black and white thinking that explodes in rage or anger toxic.
