How can I sue my school?

Well a few days ago it was me and my friend call him D., and d and I were in science class making our statements about the physics and car crashes. we were talking a little, and the teacher is not a brand for someone like interupted we were pretty angry. and then this kid nerd piles up to go to make his speech, I laugh at him and shouting his name and the teacher begins to decline in d. and I yell "haha you stupid, go back to the kitchen" at the teacher, and she gives me the most evil and shouting at me to leave. After this incedent, I have to go to office managers, and says I'm suspended for 3 days. WTF 3 days? and this is also on my permanent record! I think this is a little more reactive, because has not even swore. So Im thinking of pressing charges of defamation and racism (im black). Mode 1. How can I get a legal team and the judge and 2. Do you think you think my case is going to win?

Well, if you're black, which automatically makes it a racial issue. Better call Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton in this case.
