How could get sponsors to our team of big names like (Empire, Redz, etc) in paintball?

All you can do is play! Play all the tournaments you can get your team in every tournament where sponsors will be, all tournaments where you can make an impression. Carries your team and play as best I can. If you play enough, and if you deserve sponsorship, sponsors will find you!
