Ego Etek

What is better. increased PMR SE or Etek Ego (stock)?

Just what the question says. I am asking this question for my brother because he and I are thinking that one is better. He thinks the PMR SE is better, but I think the Etek is better. PMR SE UL will barrel, UL frame, Dye ASA on / off, and Q-Lock clamping. The Etek Ego will be fully values. To say it is personal preference is not exactly helpful, but I appreciate your opinion
