I get different earpieces for my iPod?

I do not like the wine with the b / c doesn't fit in my ear. Are there other places to get them? I havnt found it yet. and there is one thing you can get something for your radio in the car and connect your iPod to play your music that way? my brother said it, but Ive never heard of him.
