How long after burning your hair can be dyed again?

I fried my hair in March. Every time I got wet they swell and elasticy actually become sticky. It's much better now though. I would not want to dye, but is yellow and I'm 2 inches showing roots. My plan is to have professionals of color this time, but I will not waste my time and they go there, taking a time interval just turned. Do you think it would be color is it?

actually just call a salon and tell them you want a consultation on your hair color. to be the best to suggest what to do. and lounges are also treatments that you can do to your hair. also a suggestion to go to Sally Beauty Supply store and get some K-Pak. Wash your hair, then put the k-pak on it, cover with shower cap and put it on heat for 3 to 5 minutes and it will also help. that's what my hairdresser said do. but my hair is not as damaged as yours so if I were you I still go for a consultation with a stylist. Also you shouldn't wash the night before should wash your hair and then wait two days to dye. This protects the scalp.
