Who knows how many balls per second, outbreaks of new Proto Rail?

i need to kno how many bps and if it is not a good weapon and if it's better than the ion Smart Parts and Dye not to be?

According to a post on pbreview.com you can set your rate of fire 10 to 30 bps So I guess that would mean that can shoot up to 30 bps when ramp (do not know if there is Full Auto) Is it a good weapon most people seem to think it is a good weapon, but there are some who hate Most people that hate you probably do not know anything about it or shot a gun freinds, but there are some who ended up being a bad gun that had problems is best an ion-That is a matter of personal opinion, but from the specs which sound better on paper. How prefoms I could be a different story Proto ago (Proto Rail matrix), but the better question would be to do Dye Proto arms or vice versa, if I can find the answer post
