o Keep records of all their achievements within the company, especially those that are measurable. Archive of all letters of recommendation and samples of their achievements in a special portfolio for you to show his boss when the opportunity arises.

O networking is important. Make your business to learn about people from other departments and what they plan to achieve your goals. Other people can often help to achieve their own goals.
