How can I track an international package through customs?

the issue is being sent to Austria. I have the custom package number identification. issue goes to Austria and has been sent through USPS

If you sent through any of the leading messaging service (Fed Ex, DHL, UPS), go to their website and enter the tracking number … give a list indicating where your package or had been.
