What product is a good recipe for hair color to Cover Gray stubburn all?

I dye my hair golden blond. It seems that no I get my hair that even light can i cover all the gray. I've been using Loreal preference. Is there a special hair coloring products made especially stubburn to cover gray? My hair is mousy gray / brown color when not.

I suggest something by Garnier or Herbal Essences (since you said LOreal already used), just make sure the box says that for a 100% gray coverage. You should be good to go.
