Cold weather running is better or worse for you?

I want to know if running in cold weather is better when in training. Or is it worse? Im not a asthmatic, so there is no problem. I love to read all the links that can be known.

I have exercise induced asthma that the only Once asthma is when I work out (go figure eh!), however I find myself can be trained through moderate temps to not have my inhaler but extremely hot you need, and today I had difficulty breathing, and is 10 degrees celcius. I prefer the cold but for the operation of BC really workout and sweat, I am a real hard core (the problems) and would have to say that he preferred to run in -20 celcius for running in temps of 25 celcius equal Tho you need to do same condition and see what works best for you, but ultimately it's personal preference.
