If you stand outside or on the line, not at all. I do not know what size camera you have, but I do not think you'd be able to do so "in" travel. Who believe that his main concern is the safety of you, the other drivers, nobody in the vicinity of the ride, and the journey itself in case your camera slip from his hands and fall in the direction of any of the above areas and groups. Even if security measures were in place, everyone has to play CYA nowadays.
