Forgotten Fundamentals and Why Your Grip is Key to a Repeating Golf Swing – Part 2

One of the most important keys to a golf swing that hits repeat a long, straight shot after another is being able to relax the hands, arms and shoulders and a golf club through impact and without back strain. With good grip, this relaxed motion will return the club squarely to the golf ball hours later …. BUT if your grip is bad, makes it extremely difficult if not impossible, to deliver the club squarely to the golf ball without consciously or unconsciously some making some in-swing correction.

If you have purchased my "How to break 90 in three easy lessons "education system, have found that my teaching method to move freely through the ball with a clear mind in promoting longer, straighter and more consistent shots. In-swing corrections are an evil that can be made out and my system of instruction that teach how to dispose of these corrections in-swing forever. I emphasize the basics and show you how you can quickly and easily develop good fundamentals that will serve you well as improving your golf game. We'll also show how you can develop your idea of your swing so you can run over and over again with a mind completely clear, hitting more longer, more accurate shots round after round, but another article for another day.

One of those reasons I insist heavily in my system is a good grip.

With a good grip, a neutral grip, the club will square with the ball time after time to produce more, straighter and more consistent shots. It is vital for success in golf that develops and uses a neutral grip against a "strong" grip or "weak grip."

Talk for a moment about the difference between neutral grips, strong and weak so it can correctly identify where it is currently.

A "strong" is a grip that has the back of his left hand and / or the palm of his right hand pointing to the right of the intended target line. A "weak" grip back of his left hand and / or the palm of his right hand pointing to the left of the line of the target. Easier to visualize for most players is when you take the control and direction of the ball looking down grip. If you can see more than 1 1 / 2 knuckles of his left hand is in a strong position. By Moreover, if you do not see the knuckles of his left hand is in a weak position.

There are many variations of weak and strong jaws. Some players use a weak and strong right hand to left or vice versa. Some of these grips have worked very well for some players over the years, but if you are just starting to learn the game or you're struggling with your game, the grip is the place to start and now is the time to develop its "NEUTRAL" grip.
