Dust mites are small creatures with eight legs and belong to the family of arachnids. They are closely related to spiders and ticks. The sizes of the house dust mite may vary, but as an average dust mite in about 300 micro meters. The biology of dust mites begins with the incubation of a nymph. The mother can produce up to 80 eggs in each go. These dust mites can live up to four months.

Biology dust mite is quite complex as dust mites do not have a stomach, but a sack or pouch food that digests slowly. Only half of the dead skin tissue is digested well by the dust mite. The other half is usually left to decompose on its own.

We must understand the biology of the mites dust when it comes to allergies because dust mite feces are the reason behind house dust based on health problems such as allergic asthma and infantile eczema. In general, an overload of these accumulated stool can cause normal skin irritations and respiratory complaints.

A large percentage of dust mites live in the houses, but not the mites that live in barns and in clusters. The common attribute shared by dust mites is in areas warm and humid. The biology of dust mite is often confused to be the same as the dust bunniesâ € ™. These two terminologies are very similar, therefore, some may suppose that they resemble, when in fact there is nothing cute about a form of a creepy-crawly dust mites.
